After using First National Travel the last twenty three years for a large part of our eighty one trips, it's easy to say why we appreciate them so much. They work hard to learn all about us individually to make every destination and getting there a pleasure. They know how we like to travel and what seats on a plane work best for us! They know our type of entertainment, types of hotels, and that it's extremely important that once we arrive, walking to the sites and restaurants is our choice of transportation. Their suggestions and ideas fit perfectly with our likes and lifestyle. They treat us as family and it's important to them that we are extremely satisfied each time.

She has been very responsive when I have needed more information or when I have had special requests. Autumn has always been very helpful to me during the planning process and as the trips drew near. I was just asked this week who we book our trips through. I replied "First National Travel" (excitedly)! My friend then asked how come I don't just book online myself. I told her the main reason is because what we all just encountered when having trips booked during this COVID pandemic. If I would've booked myself, I would've had to mess with the online travel company, and I know many of my friends had to do this and it took hours and even days before they were in contact with a live person. All I did was reach out to Autumn and she took care of it! Granted it did take her a couple of days to get back to me with resolution to the issue, but she was in contact routinely and I knew she would respond when she had an answer. And she did! In addition, when we went to rebook recently, I just messaged Autumn with our preferences and she was on it! Again took her HOURS dealing with the airlines and travel company, but she took care of it all for us! She came back with exactly what he were looking for! And for those who do not know the "fee" for using FNT, it is very minimal and WELL WORTH IT! We have booked with FNT for several trips/years and will continue to do so! They ensure we are all on same flights, in seats we prefer, and price range we want! They don't ever "push" anything on us. FNT is always our first choice and will continue to be!
